Studio Break & Home Practice

While we'll miss seeing your bright faces during these breaks, we encourage you to keep your Pilates practice flowing at home. Winter is the perfect time to roll out your mat, light a candle, and dedicate some peaceful moments to your practice.

Your Home Practice Guide

For those cozy at-home sessions, we highly recommend working with "The Pilates Body" by Brooke Siler. This wonderful resource has been a trusted companion for many of our students, helping them deepen their practice and maintain their progress between studio sessions. The book offers clear instructions and illustrations that make home practice both accessible and effective.

Many of you already know we consider this book an essential part of your Pilates journey. If you haven't picked up your copy yet, now is the perfect time to add it to your holiday wishlist. It's truly a gift that keeps on giving to your practice.

Remember, maintaining even a gentle practice during the holiday season can help you:

  • Stay centered during the busy holiday rush

  • Keep your body feeling strong and energized

  • Maintain the progress you've worked so hard to achieve

  • Start the new year feeling balanced and focused

We're grateful for each one of you and the energy you bring to our studio community. May your holiday season be filled with joy, peace, and mindful movement.

Warm wishes,

~Kim
