Pilates Reformer & More

A four-part class series of 55 minute classes - 3 people max: $200

This is a 4 week beginner/refresher series for the new-to-pilates student or anyone wanting to brush up on their fundamental Pilates skills. We will cover basic reformer, mat and wall unit exercises, pilates fundamentals, equipment safety and set up.

One series is 4 classes, exact dates are listed below. Must be able to attend all 4 classes. No refunds or exchanges for missed classes in a series. Cannot mix and match classes with other cohorts.

  • No Pilates experience necessary, however, participants must be injury free.

  • Please schedule a private session if you have, or are recovering from an injury.

Forms needed to get started: Be sure to fill out our Fitness Intake Form and our Liability Waiver before your appointment.
