Your Perfect Start in Pilates

We've designed this program to give you the best of both worlds. You'll experience the motivation and community of learning alongside others in small group classes, while also receiving the precise, individualized guidance that comes from private instruction. Each week includes two essential components: a 55-minute group class with no more than four students, and a focused 55-minute private session tailored to your specific needs.

What You'll Learn

Throughout this four-week journey, you'll build a strong foundation in Pilates through comprehensive instruction. You'll master essential exercises on different equipment, including the reformer, mat, and wall unit. Our experienced instructors will guide you through fundamental Pilates principles, ensuring you understand not just the 'how' but also the 'why' behind each movement. To ensure you get the most from this program, we've designed it with several key features in mind. For everyone's safety and optimal experience, participants must be injury-free – if you're currently recovering from an injury, we recommend starting with private sessions instead.

Beginner Bundle Agreements

By purchasing the Beginner Bundle, you are committing to a structured, twice-weekly Pilates introduction program designed to optimize your learning experience. This program consists of two essential components:

  1. Weekly Cohort Classes: You will attend your chosen group class at the same time and day each week for four consecutive weeks. This consistency helps build a strong foundation in Pilates fundamentals.

  2. Weekly Private Sessions: During each of the four weeks of your cohort series, you will schedule one private session. While these sessions offer more scheduling flexibility than your cohort classes, they must occur within the same weeks as your group classes to reinforce your learning progression.

We understand that finding suitable times for private sessions may sometimes be challenging. Please note that not all of our instructor availability is visible on the public schedule. We're happy to help you access additional scheduling options to ensure you can complete both components of your program.
