Classical Pilates Class Offerings
At our studio, we offer a variety of Classical Pilates classes to support your fitness journey. While we specialize in 1:1 private training using all Pilates apparatus, we also provide small group equipment classes and mat classes to foster a consistent Pilates practice.
Important Notes for All Classes
Injury-Free Policy: All participants must be injury-free to attend classes. If you have an injury or are recovering from one, please schedule a private session.
New to Our Studio? We recommend starting with with a Private Session or choose from our beginner-friendly options: All Levels Mat Class, Mat with Springs Class.

1. Reformer Class

Description: Elevate your proficiency in Classical Reformer techniques through personalized, hands-on guidance and verbal cue corrections. This intimate group setting is tailored to your skill level, offering an opportunity to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body while improving posture, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Prerequisites:
Private sessions, teacher approval

2. Mat With Springs Class
Details:
Capacity: 6 people max
Duration: 55 minutes

Single Class: $35
Package of 6: $200
Description: A fusion of spring resistance training and Pilates mat work, this class combines wall unit-specific exercises (springs, bars, resistance training) with mat work for a full-body workout. Expect a challenging session suitable for all levels, guided by hands-on corrections and verbal cues.
Note: Beginners welcome, must be injury-free.
3. Classical Pilates Mat Class

Capacity: 10 people max
Duration: 55 minutes
Schedule: Saturdays at 10:15 am

Description: Classical Pilates mat work is a comprehensive head-to-toe exercise system that strengthens and stretches the body without springs or straps. When properly performed, it develops body control and symmetry, leaving you feeling clear-headed, lifted, and focused. This class pairs well with weekly private, semi-private, or group class sessions.
