Types of Sessions

Private Sessions

Duration: 55 minutes

Private sessions allow our instructors to develop a customized system of exercises to address your specific goals and any previous injuries. These sessions are beneficial for:

  • Beginners looking for an introduction to Classical Pilates

  • More advanced clients aiming to improve precision

  • Those wanting to add new exercises to their Pilates workout

  • Individuals focusing on a specific issue or rehabilitating from injury

Private sessions are highly recommended at any level.

Pricing:

  • Single session: $95

  • Package of 4 sessions: $360

Semi-Private Sessions

Duration: 55 minutes Capacity: 2-3 people

Semi-Private sessions allow 2-3 clients to work together with an instructor in an intimate setting. These sessions are:

  • Lively and motivating

  • Effective when done 2-3 times each week, delivering visible and lasting results

Many clients choose a mix of Semi-Private sessions, group classes, and Private sessions for a well-rounded practice.

Note: For Semi-Private sessions, it's best if all participants have comparable physical abilities.

Pricing:

  • Per person: $55

  • Package of 6 sessions: $300 per person

How to Schedule

New to our studio? We recommend starting with a private session for a personalized introduction to our methods and equipment.

For all clients:

  1. Create an Account: Visit our Register Page to create a new account or log in to your existing one.

  2. Make a Purchase: Select and purchase either a single session or a package of sessions for your chosen session type.

  3. Schedule Your Sessions:

    • For Private Sessions:

      • Once logged in and after making a purchase, navigate to our schedule page.

      • Choose your preferred day and time.

      • Confirm your booking by reviewing and reserving your selected session(s).

    • For Semi-Private Sessions:

      • Please email or text the studio directly to book these sessions.

      • We'll work with you to find a suitable time and help coordinate with other participants.
